“The orientation of speakers and listeners: face-to-face, side to side, michael kors outlet, or back-to-back, can send powerful non-verbal messages. In a group situation, when the leader faces the group and turns toward the one who is speaking, this conveys strong attention. When two people are communicating, moncler, competitors are more likely to sit facing each other while collaborators are more likely to sit side-by-side. If one stands while the other is sitting, the standing person may be sending dominance signals, which can stifle free exchange of ideas.” (2)
1. Facial Expressions including eye contact - “Darwin believed that facial expressions of emotion are similar among humans, regardless of culture.” However, researchers now believe “our non verbal language is partly instinctive, partly taught and partly imitative.” (1) There are some universal facial expressions; a smile, a frown, a scowl, however, there are many more nonverbal messages that are learned and may be unique to specific cultures.
4. Space - Dr. Edward T Hall, a professor of anthropology at Northwestern University, coined the phrase “Proxemics” to describe his theories about zones and territory and how we use them. There are four distinct zones in which most people operate, including: intimate distance, personal distance, social distance and public distance. The cultural influence on spatial relationships is significant. “How we guard our zones and how we aggress to other zones is an integral part of how we relate to other people.” (1)
3. Posture - The way people hold themselves gives important information. Body posture can be closed or open. Interested people always pay attention and lean forward. Leaning backwards demonstrates aloofness or rejection. A firm handshake will give the impression of assertiveness or honesty, too firm can seem arrogant or challenging. Folding arms across your chest or body is protective and will give the impression of a character who’s closed, guarded and defensive. People with arms folded, legs crossed and bodies turned away are signaling that they are rejecting messages. People showing open hands, both feet planted on the ground are accepting. A head held straight up signals a neutral attitude. A head tilted to the side indicates interest. A head down is negative and judgmental.
2. Gestures - can be used purposefully to emphasis meaning. Fidgeting shows boredom and restlessness. Pressing fingers together to form a steeple shows interests, assertiveness and determination. Touching the nose or rubbing eyes indicates discomfort, or it may even be a signal that your character is not being completely honest. A hand to the back of the neck may indicate withdrawal from a conversation.
Have you ever had a “Gut” feeling about someone, air jordan pas cher? You meet someone and a little voice says: "I like him” or “I don’t trust her”,hollister. Have you ever wondered why you formed that immediate opinion?
Author's Bio:
As a writer, you can use the body language of your character to convey a great deal of information.
There are four types of body language to be aware of: facial expression, including eye contact, gestures, air jordan pas cher, posture and space relationship.
To make a good impression, it is important to understand that you are always communicating through body language, whether it is intentional or not. Studies done in the field indicate that:
Eye contact is direct and powerful. The eyes are always talking. A poet and writer of 19th-century France wrote, ‘Eyes are so transparent, that through them, one sees the soul.’ Nothing builds trust and rapport as effectively as eye contact. (2) The use of eye contact varies significantly from culture to culture. In some regions, air jordan pas cher, direct eye contact may be considered insulting or challenging. In the United States, mulberry outlet, direct eye contact is often considered a sign of trustworthiness. So, if your character is American, regular, attentive eye contact would convey honesty, louboutin, straight forwardness and/or approachability. However, a hard, unblinking stare will send a much different message.

Body language plays a big role in intuition as it gives us messages about the other person that we can interpret at an intuitive level, air jordan. We are alwayscommunicating verbally and nonverbally.
You now understand different types of body language and you may be able to incorporate body language into your writing to make your characters come alive on the page.

the new network in Zhejiang in December 3, the macro economic report: the dollar in international capital flows to the emerging markets
large capital inflows into the United States, in particular from the high foreign exchange reserves the state capital,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], make up the United States huge current-account deficits. China and other emerging Asian countries and oil exporters, played an important role in. However, the recent sub-prime mortgage financial market turmoil, and the American housing market continued to decline, the dollar assets less attractive, therefore causing further depreciation of the US dollar was more rapid pace.
and reached a record high of
since 2001,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], US dollar on almost all major currency devaluation,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], which steadily,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the dollar against the euro depreciation is more remarkable, close to 40%. The dollar against most Asian currencies depreciation is always more modest. The dollar yen exchange rate and roughly the same as in 2001, was the smallest of all major currencies of currency.
the depreciation of the dollar and the United States current account deficit expands closely related. By the end of 2005, the proportion of the United States of America's current-account deficit in GDP close to 7%, reaching the highest level in history. In the early years of the twenty-first Century,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the United States economy relative to major trading partners more robust performance, this is one of the factors leading to the United States of America external imbalances increased significantly: at the beginning of twenty-first Century,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the German and Japanese economic growth, growth rate is far below the United States economy.
International capital flows to emerging market
we estimate, dollar real effective exchange rate (currently has fallen by 23% over the next two years will be devalued) 15-20%,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], can the American current-account deficits improved to around 3% of GDP, close to the equilibrium level over the past 25-30 years.
this means that capital flows would not appear before 2009 inflection point.
continued depreciation of the dollar will continue to promote large capital flows to emerging markets. As we emphasized in the October 23rd three quarter 2007 macro-economic report that, the exchange rate is an important indicator of international capital flows. The dollar depreciation, will usually have more capital to flow to emerging markets; but the dollar rebound, capital began to flow out of emerging markets. After the collapse of the Bretton Woods system, the United States economy often encounter external imbalances. History shows that,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], when the American trade deficit scale of dollar devaluation,, to push the current project has improved; external imbalance problem solved, enhancement of the market confidence in the dollar,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], to promote the appreciation of the dollar,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], to attract private capital back into the United States from emerging markets. For example, in the 1990~1995 period, the depreciation of the dollar amount of capital into emerging markets,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], pushing up the market price of the asset. When the dollar began to rise in 1995, emerging markets private capital substantially reduced, some funds have withdrawn from the emerging market, to 1997, the Asian financial crisis. Since 2001,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the continuous depreciation of the dollar, capital flows to emerging market funds to accelerate again, the amount of current flows to >
